It actually upsets me to think that people may have only heard "Sex on Fire", "Use Somebody", or "Radioactive" by Kings of Leon. Even though these are great songs, if you are one of those people, listen to everything they have because each album is different and amazing. These two tracks are from their third album "Because of the Times".

During my last two years at Iowa State I swear to you, no exaggeration, that there was at least a 75% chance I was listening to this if you saw me walking on campus at any time. Nothing gets me pumped up more than the two guitars slashing their way through this kick ass song, which is why I chose to put it up today for ISU's first game in the Big 12 tourney.

A song about turning into a werewolf? I like it.

We Are Scientists - After Hours

This song has been on the soundtrack to pretty much everything I've done in my life since my freshman year in college. I adore it, and include it in playlists for everything from bonfires, to road trips, to beaches, to late night homework, to studying abroad, to (what the song is actually about) 2 am after hours parties. If you are looking for more by this band, I'd actually recommend their first album (Brain Thrust Mastery), but the other two are pretty good too.
